Shipping times are a guideline and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding Victorian public holidays.

While most deliveries arrive within the expected timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events, public holidays)
• Severe weather conditions
• Courier or postal service disruptions

For Australian deliveries, we use Australia Post for both Standard and Express shipping options.
