Updates To Our Payment ProcessUpdated 2 months ago

We have changed our processes a little and here’s what you’ll need to know. Moving forward, you’ll only be charged once your order has been dispatched, not at checkout. A pending payment will appear in your account, but the amount won’t be deducted until your order ships. You can expect your initial reservation/authorisation hold to be released after 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Please ensure your credit card is up to date to avoid payment issues. If there’s a problem with charging your payment, we’ll notify you to update your information. This change applies to new orders after the 28th of March. For questions, contact customer service at [email protected]
